Carmoisine can be dangerous for health if we use it over limit. More people add the carmoisine over limit, although that can make them dangerous for they health. So there are some recommendation to use the carmoisine, recommendation for government, recommendation for public, and recommendation for producer.

Until now, many people are abusing the use of dyes. This is because the lack of public knowledge about the dye may be used for food and dye what should not be used for food, or because there is no explanation in the label which forbids use of some dyes (eg textile dyes) for food, or due to textile dyes are much cheaper than food dyes. For example, many people who use textile dyes for food, they do this because textile dyes are much cheaper than food dyes. The government should make laws about the use of dyes, the proper dose, and provides penalties for persons who violate the provision.

Manufacturers that use a dye for food products, such dyes must that have been permitted by the government and has received certificates. These dyes have been through various testing procedures before it can be used as food dyes. The testing process involves testing of chemical, biochemistry, toxicology, and analyzes the media of these dyes. And the producer must know about the limit to use the carmoisine. Because we must know if we use the carmoisine over limit, that can be dangerous to human health. So there is a limit to use carmoisine.

A limitation on use based on risk is the ADI (Acceptable Daily Intake) of restriction that does not present a risk / hazard if consumed by humans.

The public should not often eat and drink food product that contain food color, example: carmoisine. And we must reducing eat and drink food product that contain carmoisine. Although carnoisne have permitted by government, but if we over limit consume food product that contain food color, it can dangerous to human health.
